Toye Drewry, hereafter known as AGENT, and Mr./Mrs __________________________________, hereafter known as RENTER. RENTER shall rent the AGENT'S premises at 1406 Olivia Street or 1408 Olivia Street, Key West Florida from 3:00pm ________________ (date) to 12:00pm ___________________(date).

CANCELLATION: You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival. We charge a 20% charge (of total rent) for cancelled reservations. If you cancel less than 30 days of your arrival, you will not receive any refund. For peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
AGENT AGREES TO: Provide all utilities, local telephone service, cable TV, pool service, water, A/C, kitchen equipments, linens and towels.
RENTER AGREES TO: Leave the premises in the same order as found; to use calling card for all long distance calls; to return keys and remote control for the gate to AGENT on departure and not to exceed the maximum people for sleeping accommodations provided. The damage deposit will not be returned until the premises have been inspected following the RENTER’S departure. If more than six (6) people are found to occupy the premises, or excessive clean up is required additional charges for linens and maid service will be levied against the RENTER and deducted from the damage deposit. Such determination will be made at the discretion of the AGENT. The damage deposit, plus reasonable cost of collection including attorney fees, if necessary to collect the same. Guests of the RENTER will be the responsibility of the RENTER
