How to rent

Thank you for your interest in renting in Key West. Nowadays a stay in the Old Town Key West has become one of the most desirable holidays in America and the Caribbien. We have tried to make the rental process as fast, easy and worry free as possible. There are a few steps to follow that will ensure a proper rental. Once you have a date in mind you can fill out the form below and send it to us for confirmation of availability or if you prefer you may phone (305) 292-7940. The next step once you have been contacted by us to confirm your date is to fill out the Rental Agreement Form and fax it to: (305) 292-7940.

Please click here to view and print our Rental Agreement form. You will need to fill this form out and then fax or mail us this form. This will place a hold on your rental for TEN days.

Once we have received your rental agreement and have confirmed your rental dates, you will need to pay a 50% deposit required for reservation within TEN days. For your convenience we will send you a confirmation email with a link where you can pay your deposit via Credit Card or you may mail us a check if you prefer.

Payments and Cancellations

Once your reservation has been confirmed you have a TEN-DAY grace period to send your deposit in to us - after the ten days, your "hold" on the property will be subject to cancellation without further notice. The initial deposit required is FIFTY percent (50%) to guarantee your reservation. The balance due of rent is due here at least 30 days prior to your arrival.

Your first payment (deposit) will be applied toward the total rent, cancellations will be honored if outside of 30 days prior to your arrival, less a 20% service charge in some cases. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival may be subject to forfeiture of 50% of your total rent, unless we are able to rebook your rental dates. Naturally, we'll always do our utmost to help fill the dates which must be cancelled for whatever reason, so that a full or partial refund can be made to you without loss to the owner. Refund arrangements can depend largely on the amount of notice given to us of the cancellation, and on the time of the year. No refunds may be given for early departure unless there is a problem which cannot be cured within 24 hours or causes our guests extreme undue discomfort or serious inconvenience.

Damage Deposits

Damage deposits ($ 500) are fully refundable to you within 30 days of your departure, provided there is no Breakage, missing items, long-distance calls charged to the telephone, and no other charges incurred before, during or after your stay still outstanding. All normal utilities (except for your long-distance phone calls) are included.
